Non smoking romm stank

Got the room at a discounted price but it stank of smoke & products to mask the smell. The walls and upper levels of the furniture were thick with dust but the bed linen was clean. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful but the actual hotel needs a lot more work. Wouldn't stay again even at the rate we paid.

Great service from Holy at the entrance foyer desk. Happy with the service and how quickly it was sorted If something wasn’t right.

It was vastly improved since the BW took over. Rooms were clean and bathrooms too, We flew in from the States and they allowed check in at 9am and staff were wonderful. The communal areas like elevator etc were still being worked on and there was no dinner yest. Breakfast was great and well priced if it was not part of the room. Overall great value for money

Basic but bed comfy

A little bit put off by the exterior as you park at the back. The room was fine and bed was more comfortable than a lot of “regular” chain hotels for a fraction of the price. Single business woman so wouldn’t be for me but would recommend for somebody wanting a comfy bed , good shower. Lift was broken and corridors not very clean . Basic but comfortable. Last on reception also very helpful

Comfortable stay

The overall stay was pleasant the breakfast was good. The car park was located around the back of the hotel which wasn’t easily sign posted from the road. The room was comfortable however the shower was quite difficult to adjust to get the temperature right but had plenty of hot water.

Avoid at all cost

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, 24 and 25 of December from back in October. I received a call on 23 midday from oyo saying that they are “renovating” their hotel and they had to change my reservation to a different hotel. The person that called me said they will “upgrade” us at the next hotel. They send us to a 2-star hotel nearby and after calling them several times they agreed to at least refund me the difference in price between their hotel and the new hotel. Needless to say, more than a month later and I haven’t received a refund or a reply to my emails.
