We felt like welcomed guests. A beautiful studio that felt like a home away from home. From the fresh flowers on the table to the sweet little private garden it was the nicest accommodation experience. Spotlessly clean. Private, quiet and restful.

The property(studio) was very comfortable- in great condition- close to brand new- if not brand new- maintained perfectly. Great air conditioning- to escape a very hot summer’s day. Supplies provided were great- continental breakfast, more than enough for a couple. Host- Ray was great- very helpful and flexible- I arrived late, I asked for some additional assistance, and Ray also offered some assistance.

Just one night but I was very comfortable and the owner arranged to leave lights and heating on for my late check in which was welcoming. Another positive was being able to charge my electric car overnight. Highly recommended.

This lodge is a charming place to stay. It is a standalone, granny-flat-like brick building, warm and cosy. The owners designed very well designed and organised this accommodation, everything we needed was available. We even had live roses for a welcome :). What a beautiful touch!

The house very neat and tidy. The service was great. Normally you have to be readily prepared for breakfast and purchase things right away before your stay. Benson had break, milk, coffee, bread and allot more, even to general stuff like glad wrap, foil to prepare my lunches for work. There is so much more to mention but it made my stay easy and stress free. Never seen such great service and thought out into the person renting the property before.

We arrived to an extremely clean lodge as described. Really relaxed environment and a lovely sitting area outside. Ray was an excellent host, he popped over to say hi and made sure we had everything we needed . Definitely recommend staying here. Benalla is a very warm welcoming town.

The weather was cold and windy. Ray had the heater on and fresh milk and crumpets ready for our arrival. He dropped in to make sure all was to our liking. We had a good nights sleep. Place was clean and very comfortable.
