Beautiful vacation rental on saltwater canal in Sargent, Texas. One side faces the canal, while the other side faces the Inter Coastal waterway. You can see the barges going by and you can also see the brand new bridge that is open as of April 2021. The area is extremely quiet and the fishing is phenomenal! You will not be disappointed.

2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath. Sleeps four. Full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. Plenty of dishes, cups, silverware, pots/pans, towels. (Etc) One queen size bed, one full size bed and one futon.

Great Private pier with fish cleaning station and plenty of night fishing lights. Plenty of seating and best of all its quiet and very laid back. There is a covered fishing area, along with a covered sitting area.

Relax around the fire pit in the evening while you cookout on the grill. Please bring your own charcoal and firewood/lighter fluid.

The property is very well maintained and we strive to make sure that your visit to Sargent is wonderful. The owners also live close by and are available to answer any questions you might have.

If you have a larger group (more then four) then please contact me and we will plan accordingly, if possible. Each additional guest after four will be charged a daily rate of $25 daily for each person. This is not to exceed five people.

There are several places to get bait. Restaurants/Food trucks are close by and there is a Dollar General three miles away.

Last but not least please know that there is a pet policy and fee. We do welcome your dog as long as he/she is not aggressive or left unattended. Please send a short note telling me the breed and weight of your dog.

Weekend getaway
This place was perfect for what we wanted! The outdoor space is great. We brought our boat to fish , due to weather we didn’t want to go out a couple of the days. It was nice to be able to fish right in your back yard. The set up is great, covered area, lights for night fishing. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place. Good Fishing.
This place was great my wife and I brought our grandkids. We had plenty of room. Kids enjoyed fishing. We cooked s’mores at the fire pit. And felt safe. Would recommend.

Very good area. Nice spot of land. Camper must fine and cool. Did not use the fire pit yet was nice to have Used fish cleaning area and night fishing lite. Very nice setup.

Awesome Getaway.
We have been so busy lately with the kids activities and have not had an opportunity to just get away with just us two. We weren’t looking for anything fancy, just a quiet place to sit by the water, fish and enjoy one another. This was perfect for us. Thank you so much for having us. Awesome Spot!
This is a really unique stay. My dad and I were in Sargent for a day and decided to rent RV1 out. This is one of the few rentals in the area that does a one night stay so we were appreciative of that. RV is very spacious and comfortable. The location is great as you are feet away from a canal and just a few minutes away from the beach and other prime fishing spots. I highly recommend this spot and hope to be back!

Super relaxing
Wonderfully appointed outdoor area to fish or just watch boats go by. The r.v. Was super clean and everything worked as it should. Would love to stay here again and the price is right!
