I chose the single bedroom for myself and as cramped as it was, it was surprisingly very nice and cozy. The staff at the front were also very helpful and accomodating.

The employees were very nice & amazing very helpful, I had 2 rooms stay there. The clean of the rooms weren't good or what supposed to be. Overall it’s pricey compared to what u pay.

Good value for the money. Excellent personnel. 10-15 minute walk to Tram stop for commute into Barcelona. Convenient grocery nearby. Good facilities. Good access and cable TV, but no English-language channels (Catalan, Spanish, and French only). Many small restaurants nearby.

Very friendly multi lingual staff. Good cafe near the entrance. Basic small room would be challenging for a large or less able person. Supermarkets and eateries available within a kilometre. Safe suburban area.

I booked to this property before seeing it in person and upon arrival, the front desk lady made me feel so welcome, and she was so helpful. And then the following, the rest of the staff was very helpful as well. If I didn’t know word in Spanish, they would definitely help me. It was very nice and the room is small but for the price you can’t go wrong.

The stay was amazing and I loved it. It was a peaceful atmosphere and the hotel is close to the tram station so it was very convenient. The staffs were really friendly and it is really safe for travellers especially for the solo travellers.

We regret that your stay was not the desired one. We are working to refurbish another floor this year and next year we will have refurbished the entire hotel. The distance from Esplugues to Barcelona is the one that is put on Google maps and is alien to our work.

Excellent Stay near the Nou Camp
Excellent accommodation outside the inner city. Ten minutes from the Camp Nou and about 30 minutes via tram,bus, metro whichever you prefer all links easy to negotiate. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and next door is an excellent Oriental takeaway restaurant, nice boxed meals. Reception has a vending machine which includes snacks, drinks and sandwiches. I only had one pillow which was a bit small for me as I like to sit up in bed, I used a spare blanket underneath to bolster, the next morning I was going to ask for a second pillow but went to the city and forgot, when I returned to my room the cleaner obviously saw my needs and inserted a scone pillow without asking, excellent service. At breakfast you can grab a coffee or two and some cake which was a bonus. All round excellent value. Will com again especially if attending Barcelona games.

I think it depends upon what type of holiday you want as the hotel is quite far from the centre of barcelona.I enjoyed the calm and quietness of the area but if you wanted to go out every night it may be preferable to stay in a hotel closer to centre.I found all the staff very helpful.Giving me an european plug when i forgot to get one. They do not have a kitchen at the place at present but there is a cafe just up the road. Ten min walk to trams to take you to metro.

Staffs are helpful and friendly. But the rooms are nothing like the pictures shown on the website at all. Rooms are very small, run down and old. Towel has yellow stains. Location is not very good.

The staff were friendly, and did their best to make my 2 week stay as wonderful as possible. The only problem was that It was a little out of the Barcelona city, but the Tram and Metro are nearby to get you there.

I've had to park my car down the road nearby around the industrial area, otherwise hotel's parking is 10 euros per 24h. There were some road works at the front of hotel entrance at this time. The area was quiet enough and shops and restaurants close by.

This hotel can't provide you with a plain hot water for drinking or make a coffee. You need to go to the receptionist /kitchen and ask them about that. The staff can speak English so it can help you in communication.

Friendly and Affordable
The price could not be beat and the service was friendly and helpful. We felt safe and would not hesitate to bring our kids on our next trip. As far as the room was concerned, there were no concerns with outside noise, and we found the bed to be comfortable. We requested a room change after we were initially placed into a smoking room, and though they could not accommodate us the first night, they happily changed our room the next morning. The tram stop was a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and getting to major sites was easy using the tram and metro. The wifi was adequate for our needs, but depended on where in the room it was used.

You gain what you pay
The hotel was ok overall. We needed a place to stay for 2 nights between our flights. It was close to airport and city. One hour bus/metro to get to airport and bus/metro to downtown. My main problem was the smell of smoke coming from outside to our room. We could also here if other rooms take shower or talk. However the room was clean and we checked-in at 2 am despite their checking time is closed at midnight. The gentleman at the counter was friendly at the time of check-in and was waiting for us.

Very nice hotel near Camp Nou
Wanted a hotel near Barcelona's ground. Location was excellent and the staff were superb. They all spoke perfect English, unfortunately my Spanish is mainly yes,no, thank you etc. The lady at the desk in the morning, sorry I didn't get her name told me exactly how to get to Camp Nou and she made it easy. Following day she told me easiest way to the heart of the city. I can't comment on the food as I didn't eat there but price wise it's a fantastic hotel and location.

Very good place, quite neighborhood.
I really liked to stay in this hotel. It is located not too far from airport, and close to public transportation (10 min walk). There are some cafes and stores nearby. I really liked hotel staff, they were very helpful and nice to me. Thank to them! Internet in rooms was fast so I could watch football games online on my laptop. Very comfortable and cozy place I think! Thanks a lot guys!

Excellent value for price
Esplugues de Llobregat is about 15-20 minutes away from Barcelona's city center by car / taxi and about the same distance from and to the El Prat airport, which makes it a good location for a short visit in Barcelona. Hotel Esplugues offers an excellent value for money. Nothing fancy here, simply the essentials at a very reasonable price, cleanliness, friendly staff and air conditioning included! I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling on a budget.

Quality Hotel At An Affordable Price!
Really nice hotel, especially for the price. Friendly staff and the room was absolutely spotless. We stayed for 5 nights and there was never a problem. No noise. Lots of extra blankets and a great air-conditioning unit. Had to hand room key in every time we left, which meant not having to worry about losing the key. The only downside to the area is the lack of parking. There is parking available in the hotel, but it was outwith our budget. Having said that, I ended up getting a parking ticket, as there is a police station nearby where unmarked police cars operate.
