It's a very new and modern building close to connections, but a bit hard to find. Room was small, however. Free snacks available in the lobby.

Finally found an Amazing Hotel after 32 years
After 32 years of our traveling, this is the first time that a hotel and it's staff was so accommodating by an early check-in at 8:30AM. They have humanitarian soul and always smiling. They have 24/7 free coffee, Ovaltine Choco, Tea and tons of cookies.

Use eco-friendly concept of glass bottles n flask to reduce single use plastics. Hotel lobby only accessible by key card from 6pm so that's good security. Easy access to 24hr minimarts, abundant food choices within walking distance. The room I was given had an odd pillar that prevented the fridge from fully opening. The pillar also made access to light switches difficult. Shower area is small and definitely Asian sized. Hotel entrance is not really obvious as its in a cul de sac.

Location was not hard to find. General tuktuk and taxi knows their way to our hotel. The interior was pretty modern and classic. Interesting place to stay with my family.

Pros: near to the shopping areas. Cons: breakfast was served to the room, but room didn’t have any table, so we had to have breakfast like nomads. Room door not sound proof, could hear people outside. Electricity tripped due to fire at another building at 5am, wasn’t informed by the hotel. Called them up and all he said was “there was a fire, burned the cable so there is no electricity.” When I asked why didn’t they inform, and how bad was it, he just said “you can go out and see for yourself”

Great room and location
Location is convenient and lots of eatery around the hotel. Room is abit small and the shower area is in odd shape so showering space is tight. Housekeeping is good and clean.

I got the far end corner of the room, is a bit weird to have pillar next to the bed which obstruct the other side of the space available. Should not be an issue if you are staying alone. Like the deco, cleanness, quite environment. 24hrs of free coffee, tea, snacks at level 2. Very convenient to get local food and night market shopping. Overall like the experience there. Will stay again.

My fifth time to BKK and stayed in such good price, a beautiful hotel of course the amazing people in the hotel😊 Like the street zi char food just outside of the hotel and location is wonderful, easy access to all must go place👏 Hotel staff very nice and friendly, no language barrier and the uncle (taxi agent for the property) very helpful in booking and gave us clear info while we have direction enquiry👍 High level of security guard (local time 6pm onwards main door will be closed only guests allow to use key card to enter/out) Next visit i hope hotel can improve the amenities (shower gel in slightly more) breakfast tasty but abit salty, once again thank you for the service😊

Hotel that I would revisit :)
Enjoyed our stay at The House Pratunam. It's in a very convenient location, just a few steps away from Pratunam Market and many nice food stalls and massage nearby. 7-11 is also within 1 min walk from the hotel. Central World, Siam Paragon... are around 10-15 mins walk. Snacks and coffee powder are filled up everyday at the snacks area and breakfast was served on time as requested. The room cleaners are friendly and cleaned my room thoroughly every day. The only thing that disappointed me was the wifi. We were provided with 2 wifi codes to connect the hotel wifi with our phone, however each code is only available for 1 device and therefore my laptop is unable to connect with the wifi when I need to reply work emails with my laptop. Overall we enjoyed our stay at The House Pratunam and will definitely go back when I next visit Bangkok.

La struttura è veramente da consigliare. E molto pulita, personale gentile e disponibile. Si trova nel cuore di Pratunam Market, ma le camere sono silenziose! I really love the interior design of the hotel especially the lobby itself. I also love their room too because i wanted a room with balcony. So far all is fine for me. Disappointed ! We will Not Stay again!
Lack of knowledge on the check in process especially name verification. We would suggest the Management to provide more training to the counter staff on the procedures of legal name verification on passport, as well as giving more smiles to the guests. Besides, the room size is pretty small, the bathroom particularly.

I have personally investigated the issue immediately after I saw your review. After I consulted with my staffs, I totally understand that our service was not as quick as can be expected for reugular check in. However, with the guest's safety as our first priority, we had to comply by our policy that we set. That is, to make sure that the guests who check in is the guest who booked the room. This policy is not only implemented in our hotel but throughout many hotels and booking websites. With Hotels.com's also stated that the name of the booking has to be the same name as the passport. It is similiar to when you purchase a air ticket that it said "name as appreared in the passport". However, we try to make your check in as fast as possible and I'm glad that our staffs did the check you in eventually. I would like to apologize to you again on this matter but our hotel has to comply by the safety policy that we put in place since there is nothing more important to our guests than the safety of our guests. It is not only your payment detail and your safety that we put at risk if we allow anyone to use other booking by just mentioned that this booking was made by other people for me, but also other guests in the hotel too. Therefore, I sincerely apologize to you about this. Me and my staffs will discuss this issue in more detail on how we can speed up the check in process for the the booking name difference from whatt it appear in the passport to better accomodate you and other guests. We would like to ask you for another opportunity to serve you again. If you decide to come back to our hotel again, we will do everything we can to make your stay as perfect as possible. The staff is having poor knowledge on doing name verification during check in. We would suggest the Management to provide more training to them in order to speed up the check in process and to avoid unnecessary dispute with the guest.

Very nice and clean newer hotel. Service is good but my room was quite small with little space to maneuver. Location is in the middle of everything.Overall, a very good value.

很新很乾淨的酒店,位置旺中帶靜,每天有清潔,服務也不錯,房間是有點小,但夠用,這個價格來說性價比很高。唯一是床的問題,因為本身有舊患,背非常挑床,不好的床會睡得痛醒,睡了第三晚開始背痛,但父母和朋友完全睡得好。

生活機能便利,夜市和買東西都非常方便
位於水門市場附近,飯店轉角就有按摩店和7-11和夜市,生活機能還算不錯,步行到白金水門市場也不算遠,唯一不滿就是當天夜班一位光頭的服務人員,態度非常差擺臭臉也就算了口氣也很不耐煩,除了這個之外,以跨年期間這個價格覺得CP值很高了.飯店沒有提供瓶裝水有提供玻璃水瓶.

Amazing stay!
Entire stay was amazing! It was more than we expected. As this is a fairly new hotel, we only booked for a few days and ended up staying for the entire duration of our holidays. Will definitely come back.

Pleasant stay
Pleasant stay, loved the modern amenities. Not as noisy as I expected given the location in busy and bustling Pratunam. Cool aircon and adequate water pressure was a plus.

It was my second stay at the hotel. The first experience was good, which prompted me to book the hotel again. Sadly, the experience this time round was below expectations. I have requested, months in advance, not to be given a corner room. Still, my room was all the way in the dark aisle, beside the emergency exit where they kept their room make-up trolley. Every morning, without fail, I would hear the door of the emergency exit slamming from 8am onwards. It didn't help having a bunch of inconsiderate 'neighbours' staying on the same floor. They would leave the doors of their adjacent rooms opened, allowing their children to scream and run along the corridor. And I have absolutely no idea why they couldn't bring along the card keys with them. Every night, they will knock on their door and expect whoever in the room to open it. Room wise, the bathing space is a mere 1m by 0.5m at max, with a pillar getting in the way. There was no way one could bathe without coming into contact with the absolutely disgusting shower curtain, which gave off a moldy odour. So I have to keep the toilet door shut to avoid having the stench in the room. I did my laundry at my usual shop and they delivered my clothes to the hotel when I was out. When I checked with the male staff, he brushed off my enquiry and told me that the hotel did not receive any laundry. I had to look around to find the big packet of clothes with clear label (by the shop) lying just beside the reception. Not even a sorry

I'm truly sorry to hear about our staffs performance, I can assure you that this is not our hotel standard at all. I have immediately forwarded your review to our mannagers to make sure that this will not happen again and we would like to thank you for telling us this so we can improve ourselves to better servce our guests. Regarding the shower curtain, I can assure you that we have a schedule for cleaning the curtian, twice a week, so please rest assure that we clean them thoroughly. However, I'm truly sorry to hear that you experience the bad odr from it, I have instruct our staffs to take them out as soon as I see your review. Regarding the disturbance from other room, it is possible that you call our staffs and we can talk to our guests or move the room if possible. Again, I would like to say thank you for choosing our hotel and if you decide to stay with us again for your future visit, I can guarantee you that we will do everything we can to make your stay as perfect as possible.
