口コミが他に泊まったホテルよりも高かったので泊まったが、やはり金額通りだった。アクセスは悪いのでタクシーやトゥクトゥク移動が絶対。 利便性は良くない。 静かではあるが、メイン通りに面していても静かなホテルは他にもいっぱいある。

最終日の出発直前まで大変満足しておりました。 しかし、帰国のために空港に行く際にホテルスタッフからタクシーを勧められ、乗車してしまったことで後悔しました。私は空港までの移動費を安く済ませたいがために、ARLのMakkasan駅に行く予定でした。駅から空港まではおよそ20分で40バーツです。しかし、ホテルの入り口に待機しているホテルスタッフから

The Thai government announced its ban to Japanese tourists' entering most public places in Thailand on March 23 for fear that the coronavirus might spread there. Therefore, I gave up traveling in Thailand and canceled staying at U Sukhumvit one day before my possible check-in. In spite of such an emergency, the hotel hasn't refunded me so far. I still would like them to share my sorrow and expenditure now.

スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで親切でした。 駅からは15分くらい歩きますが、トゥクトクの無料サービスがあるので不便は感じませんでした。 閑静な住宅街に有り、コンビニは徒歩5分くらいのところに有ります。そのそばのタイ式マッサージのお店は清潔で、丁寧な施術でお勧めです。 お客様は私たち以外は全て欧米の方でした。 お値段もリーズナブルでまた利用したいと思います。 ホテル内の設備は屋上のプールだけの小ぶりなホテルですが、とても居心地の良いホテルでした。

24時間滞在できるホテルということで、デイユースで使わせていただきました。 トランジットで早朝着いて、夜便で帰国だったのでその間ゆっくりできる場所があって良かったです。 朝ごはんも食べられ、小さいながらも屋上プールもあるので短い滞在でものんびりできました。アソーク駅まではホテルのトゥクトゥクで送ってくれます。歩くと少し距離がありました。

アソーク駅から地図上だと近くに思えますが、実際soi15に入ってからとても距離があります。 ホテルにターミナル21までのトゥクトゥクサービスがありますが、帰りに歩くのは少ししんどかったです。

私はこのホテルをお勧めしません。英語力はスタッフにより差がありますので、タイ語がわからない方は特にお勧めしません。2泊しましたが、2泊目はシーツ、枕カバー、フェイスタオル、ガウンなどの交換がされておらず、前日の物を使い回しで、汚れも残ったまま（写真あり）。タオルのほころびやシーツの破れもあり気持ちの良い物ではありません。シャワーをするとトイレまで水浸しになります。チェックイン時には部屋を今から掃除するからと30分待たされ、チェックアウトでは部屋をチェックするからと10分以上待たされ、その結果、タオルの汚れがひどいのでクリーニング代を請求され、小額とはいえ今までの経緯もありさすがに納得いかず、部屋に戻りタオルをサッと水洗いし（水洗いで簡単に落ちる汚れ）、フロントスタッフにそのタオルを見せて、請求は取り消されました。さらに2日目の朝、タクシーを呼んでもらいましたが、ホテルスタッフにどこに行くか聞かれて「バスターミナル」と答えると、バスでどこに行くか聞かれたので「水上マーケット」に行くと答えた。それからすぐにタクシーが来て、ホテルスタッフとタクシードライバーが何やら話している。しばらくすると、ホテルスタッフから、ホテルと水上マーケット往復とボート代込みで◯バーツで行けるから（バスで行くのをやめて）ここからこのタクシーで行けば・・・とホテルスタッフから提案され、タクシーに乗ってすぐにドライバーに内容と金額を念入りに確認すると、ごまかせないと思ったのか、この値段では行けないと言い出し、すぐにホテルスタッフに確認すると、気まずそうに別のタクシーを呼んで、結局最初の2倍の料金で行く事になったが、このタクシーに連れて行かれたのは、指定したメインゲートのボート乗り場ではなく、タクシー会社と契約している高額ボート乗り場。結果、高額なボート代を請求された。今思えば、タクシーで行く事を提案して来たホテルスタッフはこの流れを分かっていたのでは無いかと感じた。そもそもこの様なタクシー会社をホテルに乗り入れさせるべきでは無い！でないと、ホテルとタクシー会社がグルだと疑われても仕方ないと思う。 深夜のドアマンの対応は2日ともとても感じの良い対応で、それだけは救われました。 ちなみ、アソーク駅からかなり歩きます！15分くらいは歩きます。歩道は狭くスーツケースを持って歩くには歩きにくい道。で、結局駅からホテルまでトゥクトゥクを使うので、またそこでトゥクトゥクの値段交渉をする事になるので、本当に疲れます！次回は駅近のホテルに泊まろうと強く思った！

言葉に自信のない方はこのホテルはやめておいた方がよいとおもいます。 宿から呼ぶタクシーで不満がありました。 空港入場料金など有るのは分かるんですが、 行きはメーターで迷いながらでも230 バーツ高速(50バーツ)も含め、350バーツの支払いをしました。 帰りは、タクシーをお願いした時点で450バーツとホテルの従業員に言われました。何でみたいなことを言うと、フロント含めめんどくさいのか丸め込もうとする。 迎えに来てくれた運転手は送迎中ガムを最後までクチャクチャさせている。 チップは分かりますが払いたくないサービスなのに強要されている感じが嫌でした。 言語に自信のない人は止めた方がよいホテルと思います。
