Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic as only 3 mins walk to BTS and surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants and SPAs.

The property is located in a great location—very convenient and close to shopping dining and entertainment. The staff is beyond amazing. My only complaint is that as a guest of Ibis there’s 500 Baht daily charge to use pool and gym. I understand that most people don’t come to Bangkok to workout or lounge in the pool but the 500 baht charge is beyond ridiculous.

Hotel is located behind Emporium mall. Lots of massage parlours around and you can get deals for off peak periods. Less than 10 mins walk to Phrom Phong BTS. Nice breakfast buffet. Though room is small but it is comfortable and clean. Just basic comfort. Walking distance to malls in EM district.

Pleasantly surprised
I have stayed at the Mercure in the same properly so wanted to try the Ibis to see how different it was as ever it's a big difference in price between the two. I was pleasantly surprised with the Ibis. The staff were great and efficient, I've of the fastest check in services i have ever had and the housekeeping team were excellent and very friendly. Compared to the Mercure the rooms are smaller but actually the rooms seem cleaner and more vibrant. I would definitely stay here again as a solo traveller but not as a couple of with a family due to the space issue but otherwise great choice

I was traveling for a business and the rooms were small but the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I had mixed feelings about breakfast. It was decent but the bacon that they brought me was absolutely disgusting. If you're going to choose the breakfast option just stick with the eggs and coffee

5-STAR LOCATION, 3-STAR IN-ROOM EXPERIENCE
location is very good, room is clean and spacious, except a couple of things (1) the sound proofing is quite bad, very noisy, can hear people closing doors, talking on the hallway, luckily the wall was thick LOL (2) the mattress was too soft, maybe some customers ok with that, but we have visited many other hotels, many have changed to firmer mattress for spine health.

Hotel location outstanding. Problems are language, those who claim to speak English it is marginal for them. Laundrey service the quality good but they have no idea of when or how to deliver to your room. Water pressure is "fair" at best. Breakfast is not supervised properly most of the time. 3 coffee machines and many times none are working. One has no beans, the other has no milk and the third's water is not hot enough. I had to complain 2 straight days till finally it was slightly better. Food at breakfast left much to be desired, almost every day the same thing with no little or no change. No bacon just strange looking sausage which I have tried and they do not taste good, On the POSITIVE, the Reception employees are Very Honest. My business associate paid in cash and when he arrived gave a $100.oo deposit. He forgot about that at check out. One of the ladies in reception came running after him to the taxi to hand him his money back. WFi was fair at best, better in the morning, really poor in the evening. They should really fix this.

Very good location near the BTS. Modern and clean. Good value for money! The only thing is that the rooms are not exactly soundproof. I could hear the conversation next door pretty clearly.

Nice Location

Just next to Emporium and opposite EmQuartier made this place interesting and the BTS is just a short walk away. There are massage spas, convenient stores, 24-hour Villa Market and eateries nearby. The room was ok for 2 people and was very clean.
