Make yourself/friends/family at home in this 3-bedroom in San Pedro retreat. This nice house features 3 queen beds, 3 bathrooms with showers, a washing machine and dryer, WiFi, full shared kitchen, and AC. Kickback, relax, and enjoy what the countryside of San Pedro and our house has to offer. This unique location and family-friendly place has beautiful mountain views and individual access to each bedroom. Large, shared kitchen on the top floor with access to all appliances. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with a shower. Shared access and use of washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a T.V., and super fast Starlink Wifi. Location is 5 miles from Punta Arena, a gorgeous beach with spectacular fishing-where locals often catch Mahi Mahi (Dorado), Yellowtail, Roosterfish, and many more species of fish right off the beach. Town of San Juan de Los Planes is 4 miles away with a local grocery store, Oxxo, and gas station. Wind surfing town of La Ventana is 12 miles away with many spectacular restaurants and eateries.
