Room was clean, little bench in room had a stain but bed was comfortable towels were a bit rough but close to shopping centers and mall and Walmart 5-6mins , pool was clean

Marcus and all the staff were courteous, considerate, eager to accommodate and please their guests! The hotel was clean and everyone was respectful. We will be staying at Crowne plaza again!

First & LAST time staying here! We were given room 328, which was by the arrivals & valet. The walls & windows did not curb the noise so we got no REST! The room is next to the ice machine also. Housekeeping was in the halls at 6am, dragging things. Super Noisy! Called the front desk to ask if housekeeping & valet could be asked to lower the volume. Gentleman named "Just" said, "Unfortunately, we have 400 people checking in & out so it will be noisy." I am DISGUSTED with that response after spending 2 days & almost $400 to be there. Also, the day we arrived, housekeeping let themselves into our room around 7pm without knocking! (5/17/24) This was SO SCARY! The lady apologized but why did she let herself in WITHOUT knocking?! She could've been harmed! Ruined my sister's birthday weekend! We could've stayed at a less expensive hotel & had a better experience!

The staff was extremely helpful friendly and accommodating however the quality and state of the room was less than desirable. The cover to the hvac unit fell off the wall and scared the daylight out myself and my spouse. It was about 0230 in the morso you can imagine the shock and surprise that we encountered. Other than the wall falling down our visit was good.

Room was nice and clean. Dinner was disappointing in terms of what you got for the money and the number of times it came out wrong or missing something. Breakfast was meh. An omelet station would've been nice. Bed comfort was absolutely wonderful!

This hotel has been around for awhile.. has some age spots, but it is convenient to where we needed it to Be.. seems like the parking garage is used for pot smoking, but to each his own!!

The hotel was nice. The only things that were off-putting for me were the $90 per night incidental fee that wasn't mentioned until check in. Also, for self parking it was $20 a day which was kind of crazy to me due to it not even being adequate enough parking for the amount of guests they were accommodating. All in all, I give my stay a 7/10.
