Spacious suite with fenced back yard, deck, gas grill, fireplaces and splash pad

Relax in the back yard featuring a covered deck with bar height table, gas fire ring, outdoor fireplace with comfortable seating, and large grass open fenced area suitable for games and small events . We have outdoor seating for 15 people, a gas grill, and 36" griddle that can be used for outdoor cooking. We also have a concrete splash pad for the kids! You can relax in the comfortable seating area around the fireplace while the kids splash away!
The living area is a fully furnished spacious private suite (over 1,000 square feet) featuring a private entrance, queen bed, futon bed, full bathroom, full kitchen, NordicTrack Elliptical, and high speed Wi-Fi. Living room area has a 70" TV with DVD player, family friendly DVD collection, Youtube and streaming access. Location is in a quiet residential neighborhood less than 5 miles from the UGA football stadium. Free parking for 2 cars available in the driveway, and additional parking on the street.

UGA Graduation Weekend
We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor amenities because we kept busy with graduation activities on campus, but the inside definitely met our needs. Mark and Regina have taken care to think of everything you might need on your stay away from home. They are friendly hosts who are responsive thru the entire process. It was an easy drive on to campus and downtown. Highly recommend for your family's place to stay in Athens!

Home away from home
This is the second time staying while visiting daughter at UGA, very nice location and such a comfortable stay. My tire was low on air and Mark filled it and made sure it was good to return on the road. Feel very safe here, will be back soon!

Perfect property and location
We were there for our daughter's graduation from UGA. There were 3 of us. We loved the spaciousness of the apartment and the beautiful backyard where we had a wonderful evening outside. I also enjoyed walking the hills nearby and getting exercise without even leaving the neighborhood. Mark and Regina were great hosts and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay there again.
