Ruhiger, gepflegter noch klein bewirtschafteter Bauernhof mit Kühen und Katzen. Der Hof liegt auf einer leichten Anhöhe nord-östlich von Aschau, in der Nähe des Landschaftsschutzgebietes Bärnsee mit Blick auf die Berge. 4 km zwischen Aschau und Chiemsee gelegen. Im Bauernhof vermieten wir eine kleine Ferienwohnung mit 31 qm für 2 Personen, im Nebenhaus vermieten wir zusätzlich eine große 105 qm Ferienwohnung für 4 - 5 Personen.
Komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtete 31 qm Nichtraucher-Mansarden-Ferienwohnung mit überdachten Ost-Balkon. Wohn/Schlafzimmer mit Korkboden und Zentralheizung und SAT-TV und Internetzugang mit LAN, Kabel steht zur Verfügung. Extra Küche mit Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach. Badezimmerm mit Dusche/WC und Fön. Abgeschlossene Wohnung innerhalb des Bauernhof-Wohnhaus.

Top Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ländliche. Ideal zum Wandern und Radfahren. Wer es ruhig möchte ist hier genau richtig. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden und wenn man dann doch etwas benötigt, sind die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Gerne wieder.

Gemtliche Wohnung mit Blick auf die Berge

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und schön gelegen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und die Gastgeber sind sehr familiär und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr leise, eine schöne Liegewiese ist vorhanden und der Ausblick vom Balkon am morgen ist herrlich. Gerne wieder!

sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und geben gute Ratschläge für Unternehmungen in der näheren Umgebung. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr hübsch im Dachgeschoß eines großen Bauernhauses mit Blick vom Balkon auf Obstwiesen und die Berge. 15min entfernt zu Fuß erreicht man eine Haltestelle (Umrathshausen) von der man mit der Bahn Prien und in knapp einer Stunde auch München oder Salzburg erreichen kann (Fahrradmitnahme ist möglich). Als Ausgangspunkt für Radwanderungen ist die Lage der Ferienwohnung sehr geeignet. Man kann entweder vom Ausgangspunkt direkt losradeln (eine schöne Runde über Bernau, Urschalling, Aschau) oder nutzt die Bahn um von Prien oder Bad Endorf - Eggstätt Touren zu unternehmen aber auch der nordöstliche Teil vom Chiemsee (Seeon, Ising, Altenmarkt, Traunreut) ist mit dem Auto in ca. 30min zu erreichen. Also: SEHR EMPFEHLENSWERT
