There is no elevator in the hotel, you need to carry your own luggage, and you need to move three flights of stairs by yourself. The dinner is mediocre, and the breakfast is even worse! The hotel is old! There is no air conditioning in the hotel (lobby and room)!

Lovely stay at Deer Valley, staff were great, very friendly. Really liked that meals were served at your table - we had stayed at a few other places recently that were all buffet style. The food was very very nice, and the italian dinner focus was a nice change from several weeks of japanese food. Breakfast was a large american plate, which also included a tasty curry soup (love that about hokkaido). Onsen has a nice view of Asahidake, and it was good to have the option to also take an onsen and sauna at sister hotel Bear Monte. Deer Valley had a calm, relaxing ambiance, would definitely stay again.

Reasonable stay with areas of improvement
Place was pleasant. Requested for extra pillows as pillow was too low for us but was told there wasn't. First time I ever encountered hotel with no extra pillows. They gave towels instead. Staff couldn't speak English well and had some problems conversing food restrictions. Wifi was very weak in the room despite being near the middle of the building. Stay would have been much better of the issues were rectified.

Not recommended at all. Highly overpriced and no one speaks English (or any other language except Japanese). No WI-FI in the rooms, only in public areas. At the check out there is a "surprise": tax for using the hot spring - no one tells you before and no sign any place - plus 9000 yen for three days for a couple

Very nice hotel and peaceful
Nice and clean hotel. Great value, especially getting breakfast and dinner included with the stay. Staff are very professional and friendly, who speak decent English. Food was good, mix of traditional Japanese and western. Wifi only in the lobby and common areas but not in rooms. Quiet and peaceful.

とても良い！鍵の鈴だけが少しきになった。
とてもサービス良く接して頂きました。部屋の鍵に熊よけ（？）の鈴がついていたのですが、朝や夜に廊下を通る人のそれが鳴るのが部屋の中でも聞こえるので、少し気になりました。

全般的には満足も、食事は？
全般的には満足のいくサービスを提供していただきました。 ただし、夕食の魚料理（タラ）は解凍に失敗したのか、食べられるレベルではありませんでした。 また、刺身も出たのですが、この様な山の中のホテルの夕食に刺身は必要でしょうか？ 食事に関しては全体的にイマイチでしたが、ほかのサービス、施設は満足の行くものでした。

ホテル内温泉以外蛇口の水が東川湧水のミネラルウオーターと聞いた女性の頭髪と身体美容に良い
滞在時の自由な時間の流れに感動、朝食と夕食のスタート時間は全くの自由な時間 少し遅めの三泊で夕食に天白対応をして頂いたシェフに感謝です。追加の逸品対応に夕食、朝食に割安感いっぱいでした。 目的を持たずにゆっくり出来て思い付きで旭岳ロープウエイで軽いハイキング、 ロープウエイまで車で5分くらい冬場もロープウエイに乗るだけで雪景色が見れる年末までに時間を作って雪景色見学に来よう。

土曜日だったので宿泊客が多かったけど、レストラン、お風呂とも混雑なく利用できました。お風呂は大きくてゆったりと温泉を満喫。サウナ等ありませんが、提携先の入浴券をもらいそちらで入りました。　 宿泊客には海外からスノーボードをするために来ている人もいました。 ホテル入口に乾燥室もあり、スキー等を保管できます。 小さい子がいなかったので全体的に落ち着いた雰囲気でいた。部屋の他、全館にパネルヒーターで暖房されているので自然な温かさが心地良いです。 提携先の大きなホテルは、海外からのツアー客が多いのか、騒がしく、今回はこちらの方で良かったです。 ホテルの場所は、旭岳温泉の入口。　一番坂の下でしょうか。前に別のホテルが建っているのでちょっと通り過ぎてしまいました。　ご注意ください。

Very nice and friendly, super nice hostess running the hotel, teamed up with a authentic Japanese chef. Indoor Onsen. Clean and tidy at the same time cosy. Great for ski trip if you have a few days to spare, the mountain needs a big dump to shine!

観光地の喧騒を忘れさせてくれるホテル
・共用スペースが素敵です。調度品一つ一つにこだわりがあり、部屋にこもらなくても寛ぐことができます。 ・この値段で２食付は大変ありがたいです。ビュッフェスタイルですが、連泊した場合は飽きのないように一品サービスが付きました。 ・サービスエリアに忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、親身に対応してくれました。関係先への連絡等していただき、おかけさまで手元に戻ってきました。

北海道の真ん中にある素敵なホテル
外は一面の銀世界、朝は無音の世界が広がります。美瑛、富良野観光に最適な立地条件です。ホテルは品が良くコンシェルジェの方の細かな気配りに感動しました。共有スペースにおいてある物も素敵な物ばかりで気持ちいい時を過ごす事が出来ました。キツネにも出会うことが出来ました。またいつか泊まりに行きます。

สเต็กมีแต่เนื้อวัว น่าจะมีให้เลือกชนิดของเนื้อ ผ้าม่านห้องนอนจะปิดไม่สนิท และพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นเช้ามาก ทำให้แสงแดดลอดเข้ามาแยงตาตอนเช้า

This is a remote hotel. There is only one indoor hot spring which is very small. The food is bad in Japanese standard. I regret staying at the hotel for dinner which wasted one opportunity for going for great Japanese food outside. A merit gives to the very friendly hotel staff.

Pour aller à Asahidake.
Deux nuits très tranquilles. Idéal pour prendre le téléphérique et aller marcher sur le volcan Asahidake. Mais l'hôtel est un peu isolé et sans restaurant le midi. Hors saison, le village n'offre pas beaucoup de services.

旭岳ロープウェイ近くの素敵なホテル
ホテルのスタッフの方はとても親切で素敵な方ばかりでストレスなく過ごすことができました。 お食事も超高級という感じではありませんが、コース形式で北海道の食材を堪能できますし、値段に比べてとてもよかったです。 外観や、ホテルロビーのソファーなどとてもおしゃれで高級感がありました。 少し気になった点は部屋の壁の薄さぐらいですかね。 周りが静かなので、隣の音が気になりました。

Disappointed with the quality of the food.
Hotel not easy to find, we used the hotel telephone number for the G P S and it took us to their sister hotel. It took us some time to find it because it was hidden behind another hotel. The buffet dinner and breakfast provided by the hotel was very simple and not so good. The room was quite big but the mattress was very hard. Very comfortable in the common sitting area and very clean everywhere.

落ち着いた居心地の良いホテル　
大きなホテルでわないのですが、ロビーのソファー等、優しくあたたかいく感じられ 到着第一印象はとても良いものでした。 部屋も広く、床が板張りで温かみがあり窓からは旭岳が望め開放感のあるいい部屋でした。温泉の風呂も　部屋と同じ階にあり近くてうれしかったです。　 もちろん、お湯もよかったです。期待以上のホテルでした。 また利用したいし、もっと長く滞在したいと思いました。

贅沢な空間でリラックスできました。
ロープウェイ近くのベアモンテの系列ですが、こちらの方が部屋数が少なくこじんまりしています。お風呂に関しては浴槽の種類も多く露天風呂もあるベアモンテの方がよかったです(利用させてもらえます。)が、お料理、レストランの雰囲気、ホテルマンのサービス等ディアバレーもよかったです。こじんまりしている割には公の空間が多く贅沢な雰囲気を味わえ、移動の楽なこのホテルに満足です。
