Dear Guest , We thank you for your stay here at Hotel Sor Juana, we regret to listen about your music disruption in your stay , it definitely did not originate inside the Hotel , since we don’t permit parties on the felicities unless you rent the whole place , for this exact reason. We are surrounded by a Museum and a private residence , we will look in to this, so we have a better understanding about what the reason might have been, since it’s the first time we have this feedback, firecrackers are the local custom to wake someone up if it’s their 15th Birthday or other special birthdays someone might be having , both activities took place outside the hotel , so we can’t be sure about what the precise situation was , but we do have these customs , besides this outside issues we thank you for your kind words recognizing our efforts in costumer service and we are happy you liked the hotel overall , we regret your stay was less than perfect for you , we will look in to this to guaranty a great stay to other guest , we are sorry this happened to you . Estimado Huesped , Nos agrada mucho que se hospedo con nosotrso , Parque efectivamnete no tenemos , por eso lo ponemos en las especificasiones del hotel , a la hora de cobrar aqui en el hotel nos basamos en el cambio del dia , pueda ser que la empresa que realice el cobro tenga uno distinto y su banco en su pais a la vez aun otro , es bien dificil hacer que las cantidads queden exactas cuando hay mas de 1 cobrador , normalmente no deberia de ser mucho . es por esto que le llego otra cantidad a la que se le cobro aqui . Estamso a las ordenem gracia sde nuevo por su estadia , Eduardo

Dear Guest . Thank you for staying at our hotel , we will answer to your comments , Our Balcony face a garden where you will enjoy garden views... we ask that this was not confused with a patio inside the room , this we do not have, in these rooms , only in our Suites . There is sitting area in the room there are 2 chairs for guest to enjoy , the house was built in 1576 , you will find very old parts that might feel dated , they actually date back to the 16th century, we try to keep accents from this time . we use to be a convent back in those years . ( 1576-1776 ) and we love this part of the property . it is our character. We are sorry about the use at night in the terrace , after 11pm or so , the terrace is closed, so all guest can enjoy their rest , we only allowed late use if you rent the whole house because of this reason . we do this to respect all guest who what to sleep . the reason is because most rooms are below the terrace . Balcony's in Guatemala, are over sized windows with iron fixtures in front of them , like the one in the room you rented , what we do not use any more are plasti Here are the amenities the room has , we hope we could help with any confusion .
