We were greeted like family friends and welcomed into their home. They gave us fantastic recommendations, tips and suggestions for dinner and places around to see as we travelled on. All up we were incredibly pleased with the accomodation and the reception from our hosts. Will definitely stay again if we end up back in Scotland!

Truly wonderful. The best bed and breakfast ever.

Just wonderful from beginning to end. Beautifully furnished, super comfortable room with top quality bed linen and towels. Excellent bathroom with huge shower and lots of lovely toiletries. Welcomed to the property by Jane with a lovely cuppa, and lots of information on the local area, including great recommendations for dinner. The breakfast was fantastic, beautifully presented, with top quality ingredients, and a wonderful view of the garden. Spent time chatting with Graham and Jane, the owners and can honestly say this is the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in. We were even given a lovely goodie bag for our journey home. We will definitely be back and cannot recommend this highly enough.

We had a lovely time, Jane and Graham were very welcoming and accommodating. The room and bathroom were perfect, we had everything we needed and more. Breakfast was amazing! Would highly recommend.

Excellent Hosts

The hosts were very attentive and did all they could to help. The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet for a good nights sleep. The breakfast was excellent & plentiful and I didn't do it justice and the location was ideal for my business trip. Definatly consider staying again.

Simply fantastic hospitality

My wife and I stayed with Graham & Jane at Razani Bed & Breakfast in July 2017 whilst in the area for a friend's wedding and we received the best hospitality from our hosts. Nothing was too much trouble - from us arriving a bit late, to me being a bit fussy with my breakfast requests, our hosts were more than happy to help. Razani is a fantastic guest house and has the weather been nicer, it would've been lovely to have sat in the beautiful garden with a nice cold G&T! As a final parting gesture, our hosts gave us a goody bag with bottles of water and a packet of biscuits, knowing we had a long journey back to the West Country ahead of us. We certainly needed these for the 8hr trip! We travel from Somerset to Aberdeen twice a year to visit family and usually end up in a Travelodge but on our next trip, our first choice for our stopover will be at Razani in Annan. Thank you very much!

Graham & Jane were the perfect B&B hosts and went out of their way to make us feel welcome in their home. The room was very clean and comfortable and as it had it's own patio door, it felt like it was a separate private annexe. The location was ideal for us as we had driven up from the south of England and were at the start of a Dumfries, Galloway, Ayrshire & Arran adventure so it was a great place to rest up for our first night. The breakfast was superb and plentiful; all in all it was probably the best B&B we have ever stayed in and was excellent value.

Like a home away from home

This is intended to be a review, but will sound so positive that people will almost inevitably doubt its veracity. Be that as it may, the truth is the truth: of all the offerings for lodging that we have experienced during our travels in Great Britain, that is to say of hotels, B&Bs and hostels, the Simons’ B&B stands quite apart, virtually in a class of its own, in every relevant respect. Their accommodations were very clean, comfortable and convenient (having a separate entrance), their breakfasts delicious and exhaustive (in the breakfast-lovers’ sense), and their hospitality and friendliness unequalled. In fact, they went considerably beyond their obligations as hosts in advising and helping us to achieve our objectives and recover from our over-exertions and misadventures. In short, it was like a home away from home. And all that at a very fair price, indeed. Given any opportunity, we’ll be back!
