Property Description:
Step into this inviting home that’s designed for relaxation and comfort. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it easily accommodates groups of up to 10. The master suite offers privacy and luxury, while the additional bedrooms cater to families and friends with queen beds and a fun bunk setup. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and ample space to cook and dine. Outside, enjoy the fenced backyard and patio set — perfect for summer evenings and BBQs. High-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, and free parking ensure a stress-free stay.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1 (Master): 1 King Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 4: 2 Full Beds (bunk bed) + 1 Twin Trundle

All bookings will have a $300 incidentals, damage hold that will be released 48 hours after the reservation.

- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the promises.
- If you damage the home, you might be charged up to the cost of repairs.

- Do not have any more guests than stated in your reservation, without prior approval. Having a total number of people greater than the max occupancy is ground for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
- NO loud music and NO Parties (No exceptions) . The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and the whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep.
- NO Pets
- If you open, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
-Pls ensure to lock the doors every time you leave the house.
