The manager even when I called in from the road before I got my room barely adequate in his personality like a piece of cardboard boring plane no Life Force in communicating. No smile no thank you nothing… I probably will not stay here again when I come back into town in a month I will stay somewhere else

Front desk employee don’t know how to talk to customers. I choose this hotel because GYM was supposed to be working and at the arrival Hotel is UNDER CONSTRUCTION. She said that it was on the site which is a LIE . There is nothing on Expedia saying that . So don’t have to cover their mistakes just be HONEST about it . Never will be back . Very rude and unprofessional staff.
