Perfect
I have stayed in plenty of rentals for family gatherings. This was the first one that was actually stocked with enough towels, bedding and toilet paper for us. The air conditioning worked extremely well. Being able to use the garage was so useful! The place was clean and even had kleenix, many don’t. The beds offered met the needs that have singles which is also rare in a rental. Most beds were soft and very comfortable. Perfect place for a gathering!

The perfect place to relax…
My family and I were in town for the annual Gathering of Nations festivities. We truly appreciated the tidiness and layout of this beautiful home. Location is perfect, neighborhood is lovely and neighbors were super friendly. Thank you for allowing us to visit and stay.

Clean spacious home on a quiet street
Recently spent 2 nights here, traveling with 3 adults and a small dog - the home was spacious and very clean, the street was very quiet, in a nice neighborhood, and the backyard with adjacent sun room was a very good feature (including the dog run on the side). Will definitely stay in this home again next time we're in ABQ!

The property was exactly as shown on VRBO. The property was clean. The exterior was well maintained and clean. We used every portion of the house. The owner was responsive to any and every question we had. His guide book was very helpful and the advice was spot on. If you are in town for the Balloon Fiesta , follow the advice given and take the park and ride option! I would this house and from this owner again. What a gem!

Great location close to everything we needed. House was clean and well furnished, will definitely stay there again on our next visit. Small but quiet yard is perfect for your pup, also the ability to put your vehicle in the garage was a major plus.. Highly recommend!

Renewed my faith in vacation rentals.
We have had a hard run of ‘flipped’ style rentals that have shook our confidence in short term rentals. This rental however was everything you hope to find in a listing. Large sturdy furniture, comfortable beds, easy to use and well supplied kitchen and bathrooms, and a delightful secret garden of a back yard. Very well located, near tons of restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops etc. I heartily recommend this rental for your stay, and we will be sure to use it again on future trips.

Absolutely love this property! Very clean and plenty of sleeping room for the five of us. Close to everything! We really enjoyed the back yard with the covered patio and large table with plenty of chairs. We would recommend this place!

Everything we needed to spend SpringBreak with our teen daughters, adult son and his girlfriend and his pretty little dog. Comfy and everything easy to get in and depart. Jake is a sweetheart.

Nice House, Responsive Host
We needed a place to stay on short notice due to a breakdown with our RV that we were travelling in. Our host responded to our inquiry right away and we were checked in within a few hours. The house was clean and the living room couch and love seat were very comfortable. Internet service was good. The back yard was small but fenced and it was perfect for our dog. We thought it was a good value and well located for exploring the area. We would stay here again if visiting Albuquerque.

Nice clean property. Need to fix the blinds on sliding door to back. Missing slats so you can not close. Other than that the property was comfortable.

Convenient location, no problems
Part of our party didn't arrive (thanks to Southwest Airlines fiasco), but this worked very well for those who made it. Well equipped; locks & alarm systems worked as described. Initial access code problem was solved immediately (and remotely) by owner. (Amusingly, all the clocks in the house showed different times, none correct.)

Property very nice and in convenient location. Host was very responsive. Pictures accurate but house is really a 3 bedroom not 4 - the "forth" bedroom is a sunroom off the master bedroom with a trundle bed - it's in detailed description but I missed that. Grill was not usable but host did agree to come by and clean quickly when notified. Hopefully this will be added to cleaners checklist. A few other minor maintenance issues. Note that balloons pictured are only during balloon fiesta in October.

Thank you for the review. We have addressed the minor maintenance issues you called out the day you checked out. Thank you for your thorough inspection and feedback. We’re sorry the grill was not up to expectations. We have addressed and fixed the issue. As indicated in the listing, the fourth bedroom is a sunroom/bedroom, and is off the master bedroom separated by a door for privacy. It also has its own heating and cooling unit. You are correct that during Balloon Fiesta, many Balloons fly over the house and sometimes land on the street. Throughout the rest of the year, many Balloons still fly and if you’re lucky and the wind is right, they still fly over the house in smaller quantities early in the morning.

Although the 2022 fiesta was plagued with rain, the day the special shapes ascended, they came over the house. It was enchanting. The location is close to a lot of alternative entertainment. Restaurants, wineries, shopping and museums are nearby. The house was very comfortable and homey. It was a pleasant break from hotels.

The house is lovely with an open, accessible floor plan and a convenient location. The gas stove and outdoor grill work great and the living room furniture is comfortable. The master bedroom with two-sink attached bath is very nice. We especially liked the attached sun room which my husband was able to use as an art room. Jake responded quickly and kindly to questions or needs. There was a road runner in the neighborhood who visited often. Really charming!

Good access to I 25. Clean and fully equipped.
Easy to secure the rental and make our plans. Access to I -25 is close. Appreciated being able to park two vehicles in the garage and the fully fenced back yard. Host was available when we had a question. A great weekend!
