Per the CABQ short-term rental requirements, quiet hours begin at 9pm through 6am. This does not restrict guests from enjoying the outdoor amenities beyond 9pm, but the sound level must be kept to a minimum to ensure that you do not disrupt neighbors.

If found in violation of this rule, guests will face immediate removal from property. Parties are not allowed.

Up to two (2) dogs are welcome in our home for a $75 fee. Unauthorized dogs or other animals on premises will be subject to a $500 fine. Animals must be well behaved and are not to be left unattended outside. Pets CANNOT be barking in backyard or cause any disturbance to neighbors. Guests are required to use pooper scooper before end of stay.

Check-In & Check Out time can be negotiated on a case by case basis.

WARNING: The front and back of property (facing premises) do have Ring Security cameras mounted. This is for the safety and security of both the guests and owners. This is also serves as a crucial element to ensure property is appropriately prepared upon arrival.

For Stays EXCEEDING 7 days:
-Hot Tub maintenance will be schedule to ensure proper chemical levels and water levels (1) weekly. Home entry is not necessary, as entry and exit from the hot tub can be done through private back gate.

Very quick stay but in the heart of everything. Owner went above and beyond to make our short stay welcoming and even met me later to pick up our daughters ipad she left earlier in the trip.

The property was very well maintained. It's centrally located, making it easy to get to all parts of town with ease. The kitchen was probably the best stocked with cookware and such that I've ever experienced. Hot tub was warm and inviting.

We were three single adults not sharing beds - no problem. Accommodation as advertised. Complementary bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Within walking distance of Old Town, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location, close to downtown, walking distance to Old Town. We took leisurely walk to Old Town, shopped went to lunch and stopped at cute little winery. The hosts were so nice had snacks and bottle of wine waiting for us. Nice patio and hot tub in the back. Easy parking

The condo was very clean, homey and well stocked. We went to a concert and came back in a snowstorm. The condo was warm and comfortable when we arrived and the beds were comfy. Nice!

The bedrooms were a good size and the beds very comfortable; the bedrooms shared a jack-and-jill bathroom and each had its own separate toilet and sink. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped, modern and clean. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable private patio. The neighborhood was completely quiet day and night and made a good base for exploring Albuquerque and this part of New Mexico.

The space was lovely with a mix of southwest, modern and eclectic styles. The kitchen was well stocked with all amenities including lovely Keurig coffee, a variety of teas and a variety of spices. The beds and bedding were comfortable and cozy. My niece loved the little 1/2 bath in the laundry room - so she didn't have to wait for the bathroom upstairs. The listing says 0 bathrooms, however the space has a separate tub/shower and a 1/2 bath for each bathroom. There is non-covered, open parking in the back and it is very nice to not have to park on the street. We didn't use the hot tub or grill, but they looked very nice with a cozy outdoor seating area. The host, Brody Wade, provided excellent check in instructions. It is one of the best places I have stayed with VRBO.

We had a great stay at Casa Kokopelli! The location is close to Old Town, the Albuquerque Museum, and other museums. Downtown restaurants are also very close. The condo itself is lovely. Beamed ceilings, southwest furnishings (but not too fussy), a well-appointed kitchen, and comfortable furnishing made our stay enjoyable. Not to mention the perfect hot tub... the back patio is small but private and the area is tranquil. We enjoyed grilling our dinner and the bottle of wine left by the hosts. Each bedroom has a TV, sink, and toilet en suite with a shared shower. It is the perfect setup for two travelers or two couples. This is a great, reasonably priced rental. I hope to return in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a great base for our 4 day stay in ABQ. It's in a terrific location - a quiet side street which is very close to the old town as well as downtown, and it's just round the corner from the wonderful Dog House hot dog stand. It has its own parking spot as well as plenty of on-street parking. The house has plenty of space - a lounge, kitchen and washing area downstairs, and 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs. The aircon kept us nice and cool during those temperatures of 90-100. Overall, this was great value and I'd definitely recommend it.

Overall nice place to stay. Great kitchen set up and the rooms were nice. Hot tub was not working which was a bummer, but the host did their best to make it right. There were strangely a lot of mosquitos in the house but my guess is that it is not uncommon during monsoon months. Wasn’t familiar with the area prior to booking, but be prepared to pull up in a neighborhood with all doors and windows covered in wrought iron for what I assume is safety.

From the moment we arrived, we knew this was a very special place, and we knew we would be back. Our host had prepared everything to be delightful: from helping us access the home to the dazzling book about his place and environs; from the Kokopelli on the wrought iron gate to the adobe-style walls; from the patio framed by gently waving trees that cooled us immediately to the warm and comfortable New Mexico-style furnishing. The kitchen had everything we needed, well arranged; the living room had a beehive fireplace and couch and chairs decorated with pillows and throws that made it very comfortable. The stairs — though steep — were safe and easy, and the second floor bedrooms individually decorated by someone who had a great eye for culture and beauty. So many little things, from reading lamps to pictures added to the whole, and we felt right at home in the whole place, could have stayed several nights and really relaxed! Next time.
