This property is due for a major update. The room was terrible carpet coming up light fixtures falling off the door lock want screwed in. It was not worth the price. $234.00 plus 10$ to park. Would not stay there again.

My check in was extremely smooth: The attendant was great and she made me feel welcome. It was shadowed as I went down stairs to search for the fitness center. A gentleman, who I believe is also front desk, was attending the beverage center across front desk was rude. I said excuse me.. I was under the impression that he didn’t hear me. I said excuse me a second time He then turned to me and said I’m listening. It was rude. I asked for the fitness center and he guided me. However, he clearly mentioned he was “listening”, but didn’t respond.I wasn’t looking to pull him away from restocking the cups. A simple down the hall on the left would have sufficed.

I stay at this property approximately five or six times a year and it’s always my go to Hotel. And overall location and everything about the hotel is good however the carpet is extremely dated. There’s a musty smell and I wish them the best in their upcoming renovation. I will be back though.

Wouldn’t recommend to stay here. Rooms are out dated with not so comfortable beds that had mattresses that don’t even fit the frame! I felt discriminated for being native by Mr. BRock who assisted me with checking in. He claimed I didn’t pay for my reservation and when I explained to him that I went through Hotels.com, he became upset. I tried showing him my confirmation email and bank statement that my payment had been made but he refused to look at them. I told him how much was the stay and that I would.. of course PAY! And contact hotels.com to get this situated. I eventually paid and he tells me that the reservation had already been PAID!! The dude gave me attitude and when he found out he was in the wrong, his attitude changed and he tried to apologize. Work on your customer service skills dude.

The property is in a good spot. Right off interstate 25. Close to restaurants. Needs some updates. There were kids there for a trip that I felt could have been quieter. I was on the 7th floor and it seemed a little loud. I shouldn’t hear anything for that price unless there is a casino involved.

The indoor/ outdoor pool was mostly outdoor. The room we stayed in blew hot air no matter what the temperature was set at. The room was extremely hot stuffy with no windows that opened. The maintenance guy came after our second complaint (we were told he would come the first time and no one came). He was friendly and worked hard to get the problem fixed. It seemed like it did for a short while. By that time it was late and we were ready to leave the next morning. I had to use ice packs we brought to be able to sleep both nights we stayed.

This hotel was clean, had very friendly staff, and security in the parking lot. Only downside was the ice machine wasn’t working and some of the wallpaper/drywall was peeling off and had water damage. Would stay here again though.

Ancient Pyramid
For our 1st room we had 2 full beds which were very old and worn out. I'm tall and there is no way i would have fit on a kid bed. I did request to queen beds but didn't get that. All they had was a king bed and brought a roll out mattress which we had to deal with. Once in the 2nd room heater didn't work. Maintenance came fixed it and told us if it gets hot just turn it off and open the window. No guarantee it was going to turn back on. Left heat on all night so we wouldn't get cold in the early morning. 6am was hot and sweaty, gross!!

Comfy bed but could use some updates
This place is fine but it really needs some updating. The sink was draining slow, the toilet ran if you didn’t jiggle the handle and everything was so noisy: the fridge & the a/c both made loud knocks all through the two nights that I stayed there. I sleep with thunderstorms and I still was woken up by these noises. Also it was inconvenient to not have anywhere to plug usbs to charge. That being said I will probably stay here again because my work holds an event here each year and it is convenient for that and the bed is comfy.
