Very central
In the centre of buzzing town of Aix. We had a suite which was large and very clean and behind the cafe/restaurant so it was very quiet. Staff very helpful and friendly. Had breakfast in cafe and people watched. Will definitely be back.

Such a charming hotel! Really what you would imagine a hotel in Provence should look like! Really quite lovely. The staff, so friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend staying here. I'll be back!

TOURIST TRAP / PIEGE A TOURISTES
ATTENTION PIEGE A TOURISTE ! La tenancière prétends ne pas avoir de contrat avec Hotels.com. Pour une chambre de luxe réservée et payée, on me donna une chambre normale ! Et bien sur on vous dit que sans contrat avec Hotels.com, j'ai eu de la chance qu'il m'accepte le soir de l'arrivée car ils auraient pu être complet. Et en plus il vous est demandé combien vous avez payé car il ne recevront jamais l'argent de Hotels.com... Le petit déjeuner est basique servi sous la veranda non chauffée, sauf sur demande... le 25 cl de Vittel est facturé 4,90€....Bref la totale. J'oubliais, pas d'isolation phonique des fenêtres de chambre qui donnent sur le cours Mirabeau, donc le bruit de tous les passants et les mobylettes comme si on y était... L'hôtellerie n'est pas le métier des actuels propriétaires. Dommage car les précédents propriétaires avaient fait des investissements dans la déco. Etablissement à oublier dans cette nouvelle version.
