Dear Stephanie,Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at Ramada by Wyndham Addis Ababa.As you know, I had already attended to your complaintregarding the loud noise last Saturday and really apologize for it once again. We would have proposed to move you to a quiet wing when you first raised the issue to the reception earlier during the week, but we had no availability at the time. As for the internet connection, the government had banned all social media sites lately and the only way to access them is through VPN which all our guests are using and consequently slowing down the connection considerably. Accordingly, we have asked Ethio telecom to double our bandwidth but still they did not attend to our request due to their bureaucracy. With regards to the printers at the business center, we are as well struggling to get original toners which are not available in town and are unfortunately deemed to get the refilled ones which are of bad quality. I am really sorry that you stay did not meet your expectations and would be more than happy for a compensation should you decide to stay at Ramada during your next visit to Addis.Sincerely,
