The thermostat in the room was not user friendly and the room never reflected the temperature that was displayed. I enjoyed staying there. Would recommend to a friend. "Wonderful hotel. We upgraded to a deluxe room from the standard triple we booked for our family of 3 and enjoyed the comfort of the larger room. The hotel is near Shin-Ōsaka station which has numerous public transportation options (once you figure out how to locate). The breakfast was fantastic. My husband enjoyed the public bath. I think we would have liked to have a gym but we did a lot of walking so was ok to skip our regular fitness routine. "
