"I’m new to hostels, but after staying at Wise Owl in Tokyo... I nearly considered getting a hotel after I checked in. The place is basically an old apartment building I think. It looked like a college kid’s apartment. Bathrooms were slightly dirty and smelly. The room was ok the first night but then smelled SO BAD the next two nights of garlic and sweaty bodies.
