"hotel provides shuttle service to key places like Disneyland, airport and the bund. Staff were attentive. Lights in the wardrobe section of the room were out. They were restored without me informing during morning room make up. My kids were restless while waiting at the lobby, Joy Lu was selfless, came over and entertain them with balloon sculpture.
