"The room was a good size and very comfortable for 4. The front desk staff was not overly helpful. Elevators are a bit of a hassle. One of our party was stuck in the elevator and the staff were condescending even though the person was clearly panicked. Our room was not cleaned as scheduled which was disappointing. Overall not a bad stay the customer service was a little lacking. "

"Hotel was a nice modern hotel with a large bar and games in lobby. The beds were comfortable, but the layout of the bathroom area was a bit awkward. The toilet was so loud when flushed and everything echoed. No privacy. It would have been fine if travelling alone but with a family, it was a bit uncomfortable. Valet service available but some street parking available as well. "
