Sometimes, you just need a black sheep in the service to spoil your trip. The vibe I received is that the staff provides impeccable service to their local citizens. I would like to view it that it’s the language barrier that caused a dent in the service. Apparently, it is not. Nice environment but not worth for me to visit again.

Hotel is located next to hot springs great for onsen goers as it is in the same building. Breakfast had a huge variety. Room a bit noisy as we had one facing the main entrance
