"Amazing location! My family of four stayed for five nights, in a room with four beds. We went to universal studios two days, Osaka Castle, Dotonbori and then hung around our local area to shop and enjoy. The train station is a short walk. The restaurants on level 8 is amazing and not too expensive. There is an arcade for kids on level 5 (i think) and amazing shopping all around. Highly recommend! "

"It is a very satisfying hotel.Above all, the location couldn't be better. All transportation is convenient and airport limousines are available right in front of the hotel. The hotel is old but very clean. The bathroom amenities are of excellent quality and water pressure is very strong. It's a shame that the hotel will close next year. "Great hotel, especially for its price. Staff were very accommodating when we accidentally sent our luggage there a day early; they could all speak great English. Walking distance to 2 different train stations, Grand Front mall (which has every store you'd need), and convenience stores.The hotel itself is quiet but very close to some late-night eats and busy areas. Only downside is the laundry is a bit on the pricey side at the hotel and the nearest laundromat is a bit of a walk, so keep that...

"we love this hotel because its old style and classic. everything works as it should but it needs redecoration however i like it very much as it is. rooms are very quiet and i love the space in the rooms. i struggle with Japanese hard mattresses so bring my own top up mattress then i have a lovely comfortable stay. we would love for this hotel to remain open and have a paint job done. its a lovely classic hotel.
