"It was very close to Olympic Plaza where Whistler Half Marathon start/expo place, perfect for us. Jetted tub in a room is awesome! Only negative review is that wall must be very thin also door, I heard neighbour talking and music as well as hallway. Other than that, we really enjoyed this place. Front desk staffs were also very nice and friendly. Thank you "

"We loved the suite we stayed in and its location couldn’t be better for the village but checking in and out was a pain. We arrived at around 9:30 pm which was 30 min before the front desk closed. It took the young lady far too long to check us in and we found out she was new. It was late and we were tired. She then walked us out to our car and had us unload before parking in the underground parking. Our suite was quite a long walk from our car and took us too long to unload. Once we parked below...

"Lovely spot, except the hot tub is being repaired and the pool deck is a bit of a construction zone at the moment. The check in desk person was very friendly, kind, and accommodating! "

"Everything was great. The lodge is in the ski village right at the bottom of the Blackcomb and Whistler gondolas. The hotel next door runs the lodge, and the staff was very polite and responsive. Sahar checked us in, then Ceris and Roxy checked up on us. All three did a great job."

"Nice condo with a 1 min walk to the gondola. Two clean bathrooms, a tidy little kitchen, and a roomy bedroom. There was also a Murphy bed, but we didn’t use it. Check in was super easy and the front desk were kind enough to bring a replacement lightbulb for the reading light in the bedroom. The couch is a little small, but there were only two of us so it was no big deal. All in all, a great place for a ski weekend."

"I phoned in advance about bringing our dog they made us feel so welcome then when we arrived. My husband was worried when he arrived having a truck the underground was only 6’3” but yeah they had special parking out front for trucks! A short walk to the village perfect and the rooms were great, so clean, comfy beds and linens. Front desk staff were so great we will definitely come here again!"
