"The place was a little worn but you don’t want somewhere in an outdoorsy mountain town to be pristine; it would distract from the environment. A stay in May is great. "I was trying to select the box for Other, but my phone was not allowing me to do that. What we didn’t like was that there was no toilet paper in the room, and we had to ask for it. The staff was not welcoming - they communicated in the bare minimum way. The Mexican restaurant next-door was only for takeout, not dine in. But the room was clean, and we did feel safe. It was OK."

"We loved staying here. It’s wasn’t as secluded as I thought from pictures but it was very quiet with great views. Super close to crystal mountain “eye of god”, which is beautiful and a great kid friendly hike. The house was clean and very cozy. Can’t wait to go back in the winter."
