I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Rooms were spacious and super clean and breakfast was excellent. Staff was helpful at all times. Perfect place to visit beautiful Stockholm.

A bit dated in decor and fittings but clean and comfortable plus in a great location with skanstull metro on the doorstep. The bar area is nice and great breakfast with the omelette station. The food hall in Ringen shopping centre opposite was great too, best burgers I’ve had in a long time!

Self-check-in and express checkout was nice since it meant no waiting in lines. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Taking off one star for the ridiculous bathroom layout with a massive un-frosted window.

Really nice hotel and staff, good location
Great hotel experience right from the moment we stepped of the Tunnelbahn metro. Having the hotel signposted from inside the underground station was really helpful. Hotel itself was lovely, a great smell hits you when you walk inside.. check-in was smooth swift and simple. Daily breakfast that rundla for a good long time, considering how many rooms there are, breakfast was never overcrowded and there was always plenty of food on offer. Only downside.. and it's so small, was the lack of ability to stream from device to the room TV. But even that's something they're aware of as it's mentioned on the hotel TV Homescreen. Location wise being right by a T-Bahn stop it's super easy to get to, it's also close by loads of options for eatling and drinking.

I”m only writing this review because of my experience with Lina. She was very helpful and supportive with me. A very nice person! Please give her a raise! If it wasn’t for Lina I would’ve stays somewhere else because the first day was challenging but after I met Lina she changed my life. I’m not saying the rest of the staff wasn’t good I’m just saying that Lina is special. She’s the spark every person needs to experience.. I had a great time there because of her.

Good location, great value & friendly staff
The metro station is right in front, making it convenient to go anywhere. The area around the hotel also has supermarkets, food courts, department stores, restaurants, coffee shops, as well as sports facilities and parks with saunas, water slides, and Olympic-sized pools. The breakfast has a wide variety and tastes good. I stayed for 4 nights, and every morning Mimmi greeted me with a smile at the entrance of the restaurant, making my solo trip even more enjoyable. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly.

Great and pleasant stay
Stay was very pleasant as I have been in with Clarion Hotels before in Bergen Norway. As I expected my stay was superb, bed and pillows are super comfortable, room is clean, hotel is very accessible to Stockholm central and very close to all tourist attractions. The breakfast was very nice and there are plenty of selections to chose from. Overall as this is my second time using Clarion hotels I was never disappointed. I will definitely use them again in my future travels and is highly recommended.

Wasn’t sure what to expect… but was pleasantly surprised by everything. The hotel is actually really big and has a great vibe. We arrived later in the evening around 10pm and the restaurant was still fully happening. Check in was smooth and easy and our room was way nicer and bigger than I imagined. Big bathroom and all the things you need, you have. The breakfast was incredible….. something for everyone, every diet/intolerance/needs…. Spacious and comfortable. The lady on the weekends at breakfast… she was FORMIDABLE!!!!!! So welcoming; so enthusiastic….always taking care of the guests. The next best thing, the metro station is like, 1 min away and you can get anywhere from there. Also in the metro station there is a mini market open until 23.00 every day, so if you need anything, it’s right there. We were able to navigate around with a young 4 yr old in the midst of winter without any problem as the metro was so convenient. Hospitality, location, beautiful breakfast, clean and sizeable rooms… it was an amazing first experience for us in Stockholm and would definitely recommend ☺️☺️☺️

It's a huge hotel but somehow everything runs smoothly. Convenient location near the underground station. Very comfortable and quiet rooms inspite of all of the busy traffic outside. Great breakfast too

Not as advertised. When I booked in January 23, hotel.com advertised the property with a pool and nowhere said about the fee. They appear to have fixed this now but I showed the front desk proof this was not the case when i booked. The fee is extortionate - £22 per person per visit. Extremely disappointing. Other than that, great location and excellent breakfast. Bed was very comfy, bathroom was basic. Some staff were wonderful, front desk blunt
