"Incredibly unique experience and exactly as expected! Facilities are warm and well cleaned and maintained. Because Kiruna was too warm, the hotel was actually melting when we arrived and so we got a free upgrade to Ice Hotel 365 which was very nice of them. Unfortunately in the private connected bathroom, the under sink pipe was leaking. Everything else went smoothly. They have 24/7 lobby staff so if you’re having trouble sleeping in the cold, you can sit, relax, and drink free hot lingonberry...

"My partner and I had an excellent stay at Scandic Central. The room was comfortable, staff excellent throughout and the included breakfast was very very good. There is nothing we would have changed about the stay at all based on the hotel. The only drawback was that the construction outside Central Station really affects how you reach the hotel and makes Scandic Europa much closer and convenient for central Gothenburg. However that is no fault of the hotel and we would absolutely return!"

"I had a good one night's sleep in the 6 bed female dorm. The bed was nice and comfy and it had two outlets for chargers. I was able to store my luggage nicely in a locked box under the beds. The only minuses were the bathroom in the room which could use some deep cleaning especially to the shower walls that appeared to have a bit of some type of moldy stuff in them and the fact that the building only had two small elevators so often it was faster to just walk to the fifth floor than to wait for...
