"I had to change my own bed linens. They smelled like someone had already slept on them. Small towels looked unclean. Only had two in the room. One hand towel. I was in a handicapped room. I really deserve a refund."

"Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We slept great -- couldnt even tell anyone else was in the hotel it was so quiet. Front desk clerk was helpful and friendly, even changing our room upon request and without any fuss (it smelled of cigarette smoke.) Plus, the hotel was pet friendly and the extra charge was very reasonable. If we ever pass thru Canton again, this is where we'll stay! "
