"Hotel and staff were excellent except for three things: bed pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, air con in room barely functioned, it never got cool. Finally the lovely and generous breakfast buffet is slated to run from 7:30 to 10 am. Upon arriving for breakfast just after 9 am, the crew was busily cleaning up the buffet! "We only stayed for 1 night. This hotel is a top. I have never stayed in such a gorgeous place before. We got an upgrade to a deluxe room. Clean, spacious, modern, quite,... Breakfast was great. Lots of options to choose from. Gym and spa we did not have time to use. I would Recommend to stay there. Water in the swimming could be a bit warmer thou. Great views. We loved it!!! "

"Great location made it easy to walk to most local attractions and good eating. Having the Palazzo Butera right across the street was a treat! You can get great views from there or enjoy a beautiful scene from the hotel’s own 4th floor restaurant/bar. Was unable to enjoy the spa services because they were fully booked. You may want to reserve a spot in advance. "

"This property I was so pleasantly surprised by, I had been in Sicily for three weeks and had been moving around from place to place. This was one of the nicest, cleanest places I stayed in. The staff was fantastic and so welcoming. The breakfast room and what they offer is really something special. Most of all, this place was very comfortable and the bed was so nice with a very clean and comfortable bathroom. It was close to Palermo airport (15 mins) which was perfect for my very early morning...
