Not ideal with little ones trying to sleep before 2am. If I were to stay again I would request a room as far from the hotel entry as possible. Otherwise, excellent property."

"(From my original Google Maps review) I wasn't going to review this hotel, but it was very relaxing. Humphreys Half Moon Inn is secluded in a boat marina on Shelter Island. You will take a little drive but not too long. First thing we enjoyed was the peace and quiet even though a live concert was going on. The rooms were comfortable feeling. We had queen beds.The bed was a little firm for us. We like ours much softer. It was very awkward to get to the bathroom since the bed was so close to...
