"Staff was excellent and friendly! The room was stocked with amenities such as slippers, bath robes, towels, toothbrushes, clothing spray, etc. An air purifier, vending/ice machines right down the hall, refrigerator, and a massage chair! I worked in a 4-star Waikiki hotel and can truly, highly recommend this hotel! Love it!"

"Hotel is great. People were very friendly and the hotel is in good shape. The town is nice, but there is not much to do in walking distance. It is easy to drive to a car from here. "

"We stayed for a week. Close to train station, shopping malls, many different restaurant and 7-11. That was awesome. Breakfast was good we enjoyed every day. Room we stayed had no closet. Wish they add more wall hanging for purses/small bags. Overall we enjoyed staying this hotel. "

"Came to visit our faughter at Oberlin University. Very convenient to her dorm, train station and small restaurants around the area. Hotel had anice breakfast each morning and staff was very friendly. "

"Good location – a slight walk, so make sure to pack light. One thing I REALLY appreciated was their acting as an agent for the national delivery service, Yamato Transport (Takkyuubin)!! That was a life saver. Plus, their regular breakfast buffet was well worth the price – with both Japanese and western style offerings in the spread."

"Highest floors are un-livable, there are extremely loud vibrations that made me complain for money back. They didnt accept, however luckily they allowed me to change room for 4th floor, which I accepted and there the vibrations could not be heard, just extremely loud street noise intercom outside of the room."
