"I love how central it is to everything. 711 and Izakaya downstairs. Cheap super market right across the street on both sides. Close to Ebina Station, Lala Port shopping, OIOI department store, and many restaurants all around. Good service and very clean. The best part is their bathroom which is separate from the toilet and you can shower outside of tub. Love this place!"

"Highest floors are un-livable, there are extremely loud vibrations that made me complain for money back. They didnt accept, however luckily they allowed me to change room for 4th floor, which I accepted and there the vibrations could not be heard, just extremely loud street noise intercom outside of the room."
