"at the time, the hallways were under construction. the ice machine was unplugged, the swimming pool was inaccessible. Scheduling of the remodel was poorly managed. It was a weekend when a major tournament was in town they should have worked around. On Sunday, they were working in the exiting foyer itself making ingress/egress all but impossible."
