"I have now stayed at the Atrio three times in the past 5 years. This was my first visit since Jan 2020 (just before the pandemic). The people, the location, and the service is outstanding (as always). I would stay here again for just those reasons. I do feel the this hotel might have suffered economically during the COVID years. The rooms are getting just a bit dated. "

"This was our 2nd trip back to Hotel Criol. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are very nice. The staff has always been wonderful and helpful. Within just a 3 min walk from Historic Centro, shops and restaurants. The hotel has a very good restaurant as well for breakfast/Coffee. "

Property and rooms are very nice, quiet and close to malls, etc. The 24 hour front desk staff was extremely nice, spoke English and setup up a 3AM taxi pickup shuttle to the airport for us. Airport was 30 min away with no traffic this time of the morning. We would definitely stay here again. "
