Yet I was given a room facing a nearby construction site making moderate-level constant pounding noises. I asked for a room change and was given a room on the other side of the hotel, which I believe was an upgrade because it had a great view of the river. It took too long for the room change to be made, and I'm surprised that the upgrade...

"It was a great hotel; however, the pool was not open. That was a major disappointment. The administration should do something about the sound produced by the elevator ducts. There is a constant humming sound coming from them. The poor front desk people must deal with that sound all day long. Perhaps a set of extra doors separating the aisle would be enough. The administration of the building should think about their employees, too. The restaurant dinning service was not good for the prices....
