"Very helpful staff who spoke English from fairly to very well. We spent two nights. Clean facility. However, a bit order and had a hint of moldy smell. Good size twin beds room by Japanese standard. Close to the Shinjuku Station in Tokyo. We felt safe but was not an upscale area."
