"The tall glass windows in the lobby was relaxing to have afternoon tea while waiting for my room. The staff were very attentive, especially the concierge who saw me struggling with my luggage at my parked vehicle. He ran out with an umbrella to help me in the pouring rain. Room was a bit small but had all the necessities to make a comfortable stay. "

Once we figured out the right phone number to call, the staff were only too happy to stay back an extra half hour for us to check in. Due to our late arrival we didn't get to spend long here but we certainly enjoyed our short stay; the room was comfortable, warm and clean, the facilities were good and the communal spaces were warm and welcoming. "The staff at the counter don't seems to be able communicate effectively. We checked in quite late and we were told about dinner need reservation before specific time resulting we headed out nearby ramen shop but were not accepting anymore customer. We went back to our room and order for room service but was declined because the staff couldn't speak english. We snacked on our biscuit at the end as our dinner."

"Easily access by bus from Obihiro station. We can enjoy light food at Garden Spa Tokachi next to this hotel, and Seico Mart is across the road.Normaly,Japanese Onsen Ryokan provides(includes) both of breakfast & dinner,but in this hotel, you can choose them include or exclude."

"The pyjamas provided were not very comfortable. Why do they not provide the yukata, which is common for ryokans of this class? Also, the lack of towels in the bathing area was not convenient. Breakfast buffet was good. We did not use the dinner buffet. However, the cafe for a lighter meal turned out to be the best option for us., with wonderful service by the man who ran the entire cafe on his own."
