The staff were very attentive, especially the concierge who saw me struggling with my luggage at my parked vehicle. He ran out with an umbrella to help me in the pouring rain. We went back to our room and order for room service but was declined because the staff couldn't speak english. We snacked on our biscuit at the end as our dinner."
