"The room is a bit tired and needs to be cleaned better. We booked a suite for 3 adults (hide-a-bed and king bed). We expected the hide-a-bed would have been made up but it wasn’t. So we made up the bed. Sheets and pillows for this bed were quite used and needed to be replaced."

"This hotel has an excellent staff which is quite noticeable straight away. The rooms need a refresh, but the pool & jacuzzi area are second to none. In fact, they sell passes to the locals and they all rave about this aspect as well. The hotel restaurant is good, but there are other options within walking distance. This is a great property for either leisure or business and gives you straight access to Highway 17 for all points North. "

"Friendly staff, clean hotel and room, comfy beds, good wifi and tv. Ugly area (that's just Sudbury though), view from the room was an ugly parking lot lol "

"Overall, it was a good experience. The team was great. You can tell the recent renovations are a great change as well. Sound proofing is pretty bad regarding the water pipes and in our case the bathroom’s door was so noisy that you could not touch it at night without waking up the other people in the room."

"The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and a bonus that it was pet-friendly. The area the hotel is in can feel unsafe but there’s a 24 hour security guard. Overall, it served as a good one night stop on my cross country road trip."
