"I took my mother to Mexico City for a special occasion and Gran Hotel Ciudad did not disappoint! It was a beautiful and convenient location that offered the best in Mexican luxury and hospitality. When we checked out of the hotel, the staff was very accommodating to get us a driver for our final day and to the airport. His name was Flavio and he was AMAZING!!!
