We loved our stay, the friendliest and most staff we've encountered for some time. The very well-organised and good breakfasts, quick and efficient. The free snack bar was an added bonus, a coffee or beer on arriving back after a long day touring was very welcome. Very well situated with easy walks to Palacio de Bellas Artes and Zocala.

This has to be the best hotel we've ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the service was impecable! The rooms are very cozy and modern. The inclusion of the items offered at the cafe as part of your stay are delicious! We have to give a special thanks to Alberto & Elizabeth for the special gift in our room on our 25th wedding anniversary. You guys are the greatest! All of the staff was exceptional and deserve a thank you also. The location of the hotel is great if you want to visit a lot of the historical spots in the city. Be aware that you will definitely walk a lot because the traffic is CDMX is horrible, but you can walk to most places in downtown. Uber would be the choice of transportation of you want to go out of the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice place, they lack of a good view or space; but the closeness to interesting points and the staff memeber, specially Gonzalo and his young friend Jair, made our day better, while visiting the restaurant. Also they provided complementary water and fruit; and that’s definitely add extra value! A little bit pricey for the area or the concept of the hotel, but, worth it!
