"The trip was amazing but getting back to the hotel there the elevators were not working because a fire alarm went off and I had to walk to the 6th floor and in the morning I had to do it again. Elevators were still down. Not fun when you have 2 toddlers with you. "

"The hotel was right by the subway entrance. If you plan on going to Manhattan for the majority of your trips, it's only 20 minutes subway and a 2-5 min walk to the nearest entrance. Room was spacious, but kind of ?? that you could tell the ceiling was sloppily fixed from leakage. Also kind of annoying that they start you off with only two towels and a like 2 bottles of shampoo/etc despite our room having a queen king bed which obviously meant there were at least 4 people staying.... staff...

"Front desk is great, especially Lidia. All were friendly and helpful. Location super convenient close to the LiE, S Oyster Bay Rd, Woodbury Rd, Manetto Hill Rd, and Old Country Rd. Room very clean and bed very comfortable. Great breakfast choices. Only negatives were the a/c was super noisy and would let out a bang periodically, and the doors are so heavy that they close very loudly. Not possible to sleep in past 7:30 with all the door banging. Lastly, I asked two different housekeepers for...
