"We booked this hotel as a rest stop between Tokyo and Kyoto. It exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable, lots of amenities on site. Dinner and breakfast were great. Felt like like we were at a resort. Highly recommend booking a room with a private onsen, we had one with a view of Mount Fuji and it was serene. I regret not staying here longer."

"The room was fabulous. Service staff are very friendly. There are a lot of activities to do in the hotel. Living close to nature. The only downside is that it is not near the train station, you have to call the hotel to get someone to fetch you (Limit 6pm). Additionally, there aren't a lot of shops around but everything can be found in the hotel itself."

"the private onsen with mountain view was amazing and breathtaking. i would definitely return to this hotel if i come back in the future. the staff were all friendly and very well trained and breakfast and dinner served were both delicious and a unique experience. the amenities are all in good condition too in the public onsen. room was incredibly spacious and well maintained. it was a very positive experience.
