" The property is effectively brand new so everything is in good condition. There were a couple of negative things with the building one was the flooring on the ground and first floors were basically smoothed concrete with settling cracks visible and in the restaurant the entrance to the kitchen was grubby as dirt had become ingrained into the concrete, the other negative was the heat in the communal corridors. "We loved our 3 nights at Hotel Keihan. Our room wasn't as big as Kyoto or Tokyo but it was fine. The staff were incredible helpful and showed us how to get to various tourist spots. We actually walked to Osaka Castle in 25 minutes along the beautiful river. We were given complimentary drinks when we arrived which was a lovely touch. Arigato."

"The hotel was very roomy compared to most small hotels I've stayed at. Even though it's more of a business hotel, it's very good for it's proximity to the train station and it's welcoming service."

"This is an amazing hotel. The room was very spacious. It was one of the larger rooms in our whole Japan trip. The amenities were great and the staff very friendly. The location is ideal for connections with bus and subway. The shopping district is very close. I highly recommend this hotel."
