"Really nice option close to bus stops to hakata & 15min from the castle/city etc. Staff were quite and even got to checkin before 3pn which is a rarity in Japan. Fairly average breakfast though (at least the 'western' part)."

"One of the best hotels we ever stayed in. Great location, super service by the excellent staff, especially the concierge team. They took extra care of my family by helping to fulfill all our requests. Arranged private transportation and tour for us. They were always with a smile and very friendly. The rooms were big and spacious and equipped with all the top quality amenities. Club lounge served a wide range of food with dedicated staff in attendance. We couldn’t ask for more. Thank you to the staff and management of Grand Hyatt Hotel. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. "
