"We were very pleased with the reception staff and restaurant staff. There were quite a few people speaking English. The gym was very nice. I left valuables in the room after departing and they notified me at once and arranged to send them to me in Kyoto. Also, good location and will stay there again!"

"Great service. Great institution. Our room was a little dated but that brought a kind of retro charm. Fittings were clearly state of the art when they were installed. We had a smoking room so I wonder if the non smoking rooms might have more contemporary fittings."

"The hotel is very convenient because it is located within Nagoya station and is a real oasis from that crowded and noisy place. Everything seems new and in top condition. The breakfast is excellent and while expensive, it is worth the price. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the ambience at the hotel conveys a sense of ease and comfort."

"I Would recommend this hotel as it is close to the subway, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and very nice. The breakfast buffet was also really tasty. I really love that each room has a bathtub as well so you can soak after your long day of walking."

The house keepers were also polite to me all the time. I want to recommend the Meitetsu Ground Hotel for the peoples who are visiting Nagoya. I would like to stay at this hotel again."
